Translating Clinical Evidence into Practice: Improving Patient Outcomes with Triplet Therapy in mHSPC
Take part in three 15-minute educational activities designed for community-based medical oncologists, hematologists, urologists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who treat and/or manage patients with genitourinary cancers. Participants will hear from Dr Alicia Morgans and Dr Andrew Armstrong on how they evaluate patient and disease characteristics to choose the optimal therapy for each of their patients.
Module 1 will review key clinical trial data for triplet therapy and what the most recent guidelines and treatment algorithms say about when and how to use triplet therapy.
Module 2 will use interactive case scenarios to make difficult decisions about how to adapt treatment based on patient characteristics, manage treatment-emergent adverse events, and provide life-long care for patients with mHSPC.
Module 3 will review factors that influence cardiovascular risk in prostate cancer and the tools and techniques to monitor for and manage cardiovascular complications related to mHSPC treatment.
