Target Audience
The educational design of this activity addresses the needs of rheumatology and primary care clinicians (MDs/DOs/NPs/PAs) who treat patients with RA and other allied healthcare professionals on the care team for patients with RA.
Program Overview
Clinicians who treat patients with newly diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis (RA) should be aware of the most updated RA management recommendations as well as the safety and efficacy of treatment options for these patients. In this 30-minute online, on-demand educational session, join rheumatologists Dr. Jon Giles and Dr. Laura Geraldino Pardilla to examine real-world challenging cases of RA and discuss disease presentation, managing adverse events, and therapy goals to optimize outcomes for all patients. Clinicians will deepen their understanding of RA management and learn more about the use of JAK inhibitors, individualized treatment strategies, and risk stratification.

- Apply current guidelines and the latest evidence to the diagnosis and management of RA in a variety of patient scenarios
- Review ACR and EULAR criteria for remission
