Target Audience
The target audience for this educational initiative is U.S.-based health care professionals who care for patients with RCC, including pulmonologists, primary care providers (family physicians, internists, physician associates, nurse practitioners, and other nursing professionals), and additional specialists such as allergists, gastroenterologists, ENTs (ear, nose, and throat specialists), and speech pathologists.
Program Overview
Refractory Chronic Cough (RCC) is a common yet challenging condition, driving up to 40% of pulmonology visits. In this expert-led panel, clinicians will receive practical, guideline-based strategies to streamline diagnosis, avoid common pitfalls, and identify RCC when symptoms persist. Improve diagnostic accuracy and boost clinical confidence with insights you can apply immediately in practice.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Summarize the steps in the diagnostic evaluation and overall patient work-up to identify refractory chronic cough (RCC)
