Target Audience

This educational activity is primarily directed toward cardiologists, heart failure specialists, heart failure nurses, neurologists, echocardiographers, nuclear cardiologists, primary care clinicians, NPs and PAs. Other HCPs involved in the diagnosis and management of ATTR-CM are also invited to participate.

  • Identify the barriers contributing to the geographic and racial healthcare disparities in cardiac amyloidosis (ATTR-CM) care
  • Determine the role of genetic variabilities commonly seen in patients with ATTR-CM
  • Review strategies facilitating a diagnosis early in the disease course of ATTR-CM across all racial groups
  • Apply best practices to improve access to quality ATTR-CM care
