Target Audience
This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of medical oncologists, oncology advanced practice providers (nurse practitioners, physician assistants), oncology pharmacists, oncology nurses, clinical and non-clinical navigators, hospital and cancer program administrators, and other health care professionals.
Program Overview
This activity will identify and address disparities in care and to address the barriers that cancer centers face in implementing best practices for the management of their patients with HCC.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Summarize treatment options for patients with unresectable HCC
- Discuss approaches to treatment selection to eliminate disparities in access to care for patients with HCC
- Review care coordination strategies within the multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
