Target Audience
The educational design of this activity addresses the needs of – dermatologists, allergists, immunologists, and specialty nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
Program Overview
Experts will highlight the latest clinical-trial data and real-world evidence on managing moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) in young children. Faculty will discuss how to assess the burden of AD and consider patient-important outcomes (such as itch, sleep, quality of life, and safety concerns) when making treatment decisions.
Educational Objectives
After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:
- Review efficacy and safety data from recent evidence-based studies on treatments for moderate-to-severe AD in infants and young children
- Describe the effects of newer treatments for AD on patient-important outcomes
