This live web activity will provide clinicians current information on MPS 1 including the symptoms and clinical manifestations, screening strategies and differential diagnosis, management options, multidisciplinary management approaches, and opportunity for effective patient/caregiver education and advocacy. Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:

  • Facilitating Early Diagnosis: Recognizing Signs and Symptoms Suggestive of MPS I
  • Laboratory Diagnosis
  • Managing MPS: Therapies that Address the Underlying Enzymatic Deficiency and Manage Symptoms
  • Collaborative Care: Improving Outcomes through Coordinated Care and Providing Support and Education to Patients and their Families
