Who we are.

Greg Ives

Greg Ives, Director of Alliances and Managing Director of freeCME®

Formerly at Vista Equity Partners Company, Greg works in a strategic senior role with Relias Learning where he manages all strategic partnerships to add value and make e-learning more accessible. In addition, he manages Relias' freeCME® business development and delivery teams working with medical education companies to satisfy their CME distribution needs.

Greg and his teams manage a portfolio of over 190 partners of various types; freeCME®, referral, re-seller, content, integration and eCommerce.

 

Angel

Angel Bales, MBA Business Development Manager

Angel has worked for AHC Media (now a Relias company) since 2010. She has a BS in Economics from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA from Georgia State University. She’s a published author in the International Journal of the Economics of Business. Her idea of a perfect day would be hiking and kayaking in the sunshine with her family.

 

Hannah Collier

Hannah Collier, Esq. Business Development Manager

Working directly with existing and potential clients, Hannah is a Business Development Manager at Relias.

A ‘reformed’ attorney, she graduated from law school in Virginia in 2013. When she isn’t working, you can find her at the local dog park with her two rescues, Zelda and Navi.

Sandhya Gardner, MD Chief Medical Officer - Relias

Sandhya Gardner serves as Chief Medical Officer of Relias. She joined Relias in December 2016 with the acquisition of Advanced Practice Strategies (APS), a Boston-based healthcare education and technology company where she served as Chief Content Officer. APS has partnered with over 100 major US health systems to improve patient care and outcomes through the delivery of assessment-driven, adaptive learning solutions to physicians and nurses. Using a data-driven approach and innovative solutions designed to reduce variation in practice & improve the reliability of care, the company transformed the way that learning is leveraged in the healthcare space.

Prior to her role at APS, Sandhya was a practicing physician, specializing in Obstetrics & Gynecology. She worked in private practice in the greater Boston area for over 10 years, serving a diverse population of women of all ages, demographics, and needs. The relationships that she fostered with her patients and the impact that she was able to make on their health remains one of the greatest privileges of her life. Sandhya earned both a BS in Psychology and her MD from Brown University. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Massachusetts. She is a board-certified physician and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.

Sandhya spends her free time with her husband and two children. They all share a passion for travel and sports.
